• Manually insert a single piston rod into the tray and fill the tray

• Manually load the guide seals and other parts into the piston rod successively to form the piston rod preassembly assembly

• Manually push the tray full of piston rod assembly to the robot loading grab position

• The robot moves to the fetch level and grabs the 4 piston rod assemblies and moves to the riveting equipment holding position

• The robot rotates the manipulator jig after removing the 4 riveted rod assemblies from the rotating table of the riveting equipment

• The robot places the piston rod assembly to be riveted into the swivel fixture of the riveting device

• The robot moves to the car discharge position, rotates the claw 90 degrees and places the piston rod assembly in the car material box
